All orders will be shipped via UPS GROUND, unless specified otherwise.
Other shipping options include: UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, UPS 3 DAY, UPS GROUND COLLECT (Recipient’s Account), FedEx (Recipient’s Account only), UCL, and DELIVERY to local freight forwarders only.
We will not be held responsible for shipping charges that are more costly than what the customer anticipates.
Shipping charges are determined only after the package is sealed and weighed. They will not be included with total price shown at checkout.
After an order has been placed, the customer will be redirected to a form to be filled out with shipping and payment information to complete the purchase.

All shipments must be made to a valid address within the US and Canada. PO Boxes and international addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid.

Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
All orders placed before 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will ship out on the following business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped once payment is released. If your payment is not released within a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
